Delivery
Once your order is ready for despatch you will receive an email informing you when we estimate the delivery date to be. We use a courier for all our items and your order will not be affected by any Royal Mail strike action. Within the Highlands & Islands please allow 5-7 days. Please understand that sometimes there are delays and estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed Please note deliveries are made during normal working hours and a signature will always be required.
Prices
Delivery prices are calculated by weight, size and value of items and are based on delivery to Mainland UK only. You will see the weight of your order during the online ordering process.
For orders weighing up to 1kg delivery will be £2.50.
For orders weighing up to 10kg delivery will be £5.95
For orders weighing over 10kg delivery will be free.
The prices quoted are for Mainland UK only. If you live outside Mainland UK you will still be able to order but there will be an additional delivery charge, we will email you the details of this after you have placed your order. Alternatively contact us beforehand so we can quote you an accurate price.
Insurance
If you order from us and the item was not delivered or faulty it is insured. You will be offered either a refund or a replacement. However due to the unique nature of the items we are unable to offer an identical replacement.
