Cancellations & ReturnsWe believe you will love our products! However, we understand that occasionally you will want to cancel your order and/or return some items.
CancellationsIf you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched the products to you, you can notify us by email to sales@thebaobabtree.co.uk. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time before delivery, if the product is no longer available for sale or has been damaged during the manufacturing process. Returns policyIf you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 7 days in their original condition. Upon receipt of the products we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.Please note any commissioned items cannot be returned. Making returnsFor all returns, except where an item is faulty, we regret that we cannot offer a refund on the delivery cost of your order. You will also be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
