How to Order

We try to make ordering as simple as possible by giving you as many options as we can.

Online By visiting our online store you can choose the product(s) you wish to purchase and then checkout choosing the payment method that suits you. Phone & Post At present we are unable to take payments over the phone.  However you can call us on 0845 388 1475 (1) and we can reserve the item for you and then arrange to send us a cheque.  We're open from 9am - 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays. Payment We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express. If paying by cheque, please follow the online ordering process, as you will be given the address to send the cheque to. Please write your cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount and expiry date on the back of your cheque, along-with the order number. Cheques will require 7 working days for clearance before the goods are dispatched. Please make cheques payable to The Baobab Tree. (1) Calls charged at local rate
